Double Materiality Analysis
In 2022, Statkraft, in collaboration with BSR, conducted a double materiality analysis to pinpoint topics that influence both business value and societal/environmental outcomes. This analysis adhered to global standards for societal/environmental impacts and Statkraft's ERM framework for business impacts. The insights derived are instrumental in evolving Statkraft's sustainability strategy and reporting, with a strategic emphasis on the most critical topics.

Independent assurance
The Annual Report provides an independent review of Statkraft's sustainability information. The auditor, following ISAE 3000 standards, has reviewed our formal reporting on sustainability topics since 2003. Their findings are detailed in an assurance statement within the report, and can be seen seperately here.
